Delhi, Malindo to offer flights in India. Malindo Airways CEO Mr. Murthy confirmed that India and China, would be their first international destinations. Malindo executives have echoed the great potential between Malaysia and India route destinations. As well as Delhi, the Malindo team is looking at Krichit as another possible destination in India.
Delhi is India's 2nd most-populous town after Mumbai, and the biggest town in terms of area size. Delhi has a population (2012) of 23 million, and the city is the 4th biggest in the world. Dehli includes tourist attractions such as India Gate, Qutab Minar and Humayun's Tomb.The Humayun's Tomb was inspired by the Taj Mahal and looks similar too it. It was build in 1570 and is the burial place of the 2nd Mughal emperor, Humayun. The India Gate is the middle of New Delhi and is a war memorial made specifically for indian soldiers of the 1st world war fighting the British.
Delhi is rich in culture, heritage and cuisine. Punjabi delicacies and Mughlai food like biryanis and kababs are popular in many parts of Delhi. The popular dishes of Mughals are boti kebab, tandoori chicken and seekh. are noteworthy mainly served in the eating outlets of Delhi.
